Start your day with a cliffside breakfast; Jeffry Warung or Single Fin are great options with ocean views where you can watch surfers riding the waves in the distance. Walk down several steps about 5-10 minutes from Jeffry Warung down to Blue Point Beach. We recommend going early morning right after breakfast before the crowds come!

2. Padang Padang Beach

You’ll find convenient options for board rentals or guided lessons, making it accessible for all levels of surf enthusiasts. We found it can get packed quickly and not as much beach space, therefore we recommend getting here early!

3. Bingin Beach Uluwatu
Bingin Beach is a hidden gem in Uluwatu, Bali. You will navigate through quaint narrow alleyways to access this coastal paradise. This is a great place to eat fresh seafood dishes served at the numerous beachfront restaurants, we ate at Lucky Fish.
The atmosphere is laid-back, making it an ideal spot for a leisurely lunch or a captivating sunset experience. This was one of our favorite sunset spots in Bali! You can literally eat fresh seafood, watch advanced surfers ride massive waves, and sunset all in one area!

4. Uluwatu Temple & Kecak Fire Dance
Visit the iconic Uluwatu Temple in Uluwatu, Bali. This temple, perched dramatically on a cliff, offers a breathtaking sunset view of the Indian Ocean while witnessing the enchanting Kecak Fire Dance, a captivating Balinese cultural performance.

6. Pantai Nunggalan (Nuggalan Beach)
Discover the hidden beauty of Nunggalan Beach. We recommend getting dropped off just outside TERRAZZA PLENILUNIO BALI hotel which is near the hiking path which takes about 20-30 minutes to get down highly elevated terrain and approximately 45 minutes to get back up!
However, once you reach the bottom you will discover a unique shipwreck on one of the longest and widest beaches we have seen in Uluwatu! The scenic hike not only offers a workout but also breathtaking views of one of our favorite beaches in Bali. If you’re looking for a more quite, relaxing beach, this is the one!

7. Eat at Authentic Local Warungs

Pandawa Beach is another good beach in Uluwatu where stunning cliffs lead you to beautiful statues depicting 5 Hindu legends. It’s close to Pantai Batu Barak therefore, whether you’re staying for the day or overnight, you can tackle these two together!
We loved spending our afternoon indulging in a delightful experience at Roosterfish Beach Club. You can have brunch, lunch, or dinner, unwind by the pool, and have direct access to Pandawa Beach. 10. Sunday’s Beach Club & Movies By The Beach
Sunday’s Beach Club has to be one of the best beach clubs in Bali, one of the few that actually has a beach! It’s accessed via the Ungasan 5-Star Luxury resort.
It’s a private beach club but anyone can enjoy Movies by the Beach, where you will ride on the charming tram down to the beach to watch a cinematic film. The best part? Your movie ticket not only grants you access to this unique experience but also allows you to unwind at the beach club after 5:30 p.m.
The movie can come with a 3-course dinner if you choose which we absolutely loved, the quality was so good! This was such a romantic experience and so fun for everyone.

11. Dreamland Beach & Thomas Beach
Spend a day at the beaches! Dreamland and Thomas Beach are amazing beaches to relax on a comfortable lounger! Sip on fresh cold coconut water, and soak up the tropical sun.
These beaches offer the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure, both are great for swimming! Additionally, these beaches don’t require walking down a lot of stairs to get to. This is can be a downside to some beaches in Uluwatu. We rented a chair for only 100,000 IDR which is less than $10 USD with no time limit at these beaches!

12. GWK Cultural Park or Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park
Explore GWK Cultural Park in Uluwatu, Bali, home to the world’s third-largest statue, visible from miles away. GWK Cultural Park stands as a testament to Indonesia’s artistic brilliance and historical depth. Embark on a captivating journey through its intricate sculptures and vibrant performances.
This statue can be seen all the way from Canggu it’s so prominent and even more beautiful the closer you get to it! If you’re looking to purchase tickets individually you can book them in advance. Alternatively, if you plan to do many activities across Bali, we would recommend getting the Bali Pass!

13. Eat an Instagram Worthy Brunch
There are a lot of good places to eat in Uluwatu! We’ll share the best restaurants for brunch or lunch. Our favorites for brunch or lunch include La Pasion (Mexican), Gooseberry (Western Chic Haute), and Rolling Fork (Italian). Not only do these restaurants have good quality food, but the service and unique ambiance are what complete the overall experience!
We visited here for Melissa’s birthday and they surprised us with the staff singing happy birthday and a complimentary slice of cake.

Here’s a Tip: message @BaliBooker on Instagram to secure your spot on the guest list for free entry before 6 pm, depending on the night. We watched Lil Jon perform and tickets were originally 400,000 IDR. However, we messaged Bali Booker and got two guest list tickets for free.
